Tim Martin, President & CEO

Tim is the Founder, President and CEO of Carolina Cloud Exchange Inc. (CCE), the parent company of NYCX and Cloud Pricing Services (CPS).  Prior to founding CCE, Tim was the CEO of Adaptive Cloud Resources Inc., a company established for joint-venture partnership with Logan Group Inc.  The JV sought business in the Federal Cloud market on behalf of a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Lower Brule Corporation (LBC), a Section 17 Federal Corporation.  Before ACR, Tim served as the COO of Universal Compute Xchange (UCX), a startup exchange whom had an agreement with CME Group to develop a cash market to underpin CME’s initiatives to launch Cloud Futures and Derivatives products.  Prior to UCX, Tim was the Founder and Lead Analyst for Adaptive Mobile Research, a firm that specialized in research related to Big Data, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Mobile Technology.  Tim is married and has two young children.  In addition, he is the President of Huntersville Presbyterian Church and leads the Huntersville Presbyterian Church Community Garden.


Patrick Lorman, VP & General Counsel

Patrick is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for Carolina Cloud Exchange Inc. Previously, Patrick was a partner at Rogers-Lorman, a law firm where he advised businesses and individuals in a variety of matters including business formation, labor and employment, state and federal regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. Pat brings his broad range of legal experience to bear in advising NYCX on various legal issues.


Myron Stewart, CTO

Myron has over 15 years experience in software development and system architecture. He has worked for organizations such as the Department of the Defense, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and UCX. Myron is a former member of the United States Air Force where he served proudly for 6 years. Myron is an expert in various programming languages, database systems, operating systems, and DevOps/continuous integration concepts. Myron is married and has 5 children.


Brendan Molan, Finance / Advisor

Brendan is a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo within the Financial Institutions Group.  Based in Charlotte, NC, he covers both publicly-traded and privately-held non-banking financial institution companies, which includes insurance companies, asset managers, exchanges, finance companies, and broker-dealers.  Brendan is responsible for underwriting credit exposure, monitoring financial performance, and assessing ancillary business opportunities for his clients.  Brendan joined Wells Fargo in 2013 as a Credit Analyst covering a variety of industries within the specialty finance group, such as distribution, food and agriculture, environmental, and rental equipment.  Prior to his current role, Brendan joined the Capital Finance Group in 2015 as a Financial Analyst covering industries such as metals, rental equipment, transportation, and distribution.  Brendan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Wingate University and an M.B.A degree from Queens University of Charlotte.  Brendan actively volunteers at a local non-profit, Alexander Youth Network, and is part of an internship mentoring program within Wells Fargo.
